Fort Wayne City Utilities has moved to a new billing system. Your first bill out of this system will be a paper bill. After you receive your paper bill, you must register and re-enroll at www.fortwaynecityutilities.com to begin receiving your bill electronically again. You will need both your new customer number and your revised account number from your paper bill's upper right corner to successfully register and enroll in electronic billing again. E-billing is a more convenient way to receive your monthly bill and it helps protect the environment by reducing paper waste.
We also would like to invite you to sign up for auto pay. This will schedule your payment to be deducted from your checking or savings account each month on the due date. Auto pay is reliable, convenient, and eco-friendly as well.
We apologize for the interruption in your e-billing services, but it is necessary to properly set up our new customer information and billing system. You will still use the same web address as in the past. Please notice that we have tried to make our new website easier to use and have added new features. By registering through the web portal, you will be able to make a one-time online payment, enroll in auto pay, see your past bills and view consumption trends on your account. You will also be able to use one single sign on to manage all of your Fort Wayne City Utility accounts. By using a single sign on, you will now be able to pay on multiple accounts at one time.
